Terms and Conditions

Whilst we are very unlikely to have a problem with a vehicle, we always advise to have a friends/family car as back up on the day just incase the very unexpected happens in terms of a breakdown or an accident en route to you.

In this case a full refund will be given and no further costs or compensation covered by ourselves.

We recommend you taking out the appropriate insurance for your big day to cover other services that I’m sure have also been booked.

For your peace of mind all our vehicles at High End Chauffeurs are maintained to very high standard. Our vehicles have weekly checks as well as a check prior to leaving.

If for any reason the wedding car is deemed by us as not roadworthy on the day, fails to start or breaks down on the day of your wedding before we set off from our base we will use a backup car from our stock for example Audi A8L or Mercedes S class.

In this situation a 50% refund will be given and your transport provided in our back up car, again no further costs or compensation are covered by ourselves. We will of course notify you immediately if there are any issues or potential changes to your original booking.

In order to reserve a date with a particular vehicle a non refundable 50% deposit must be made. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the booked date.
